Why this site exists
Most VA benefits content online is paraphrased from other websites until nobody can say where a number came from. VeteranPlug works the other way around: a data pipeline pulls the rating schedule from the eCFR, compensation rates from va.gov, and workload data from VBA's weekly reports — and pages are generated from that data, with the source and retrieval date printed under every table.
What this site will never do
- Charge you, or anyone, for help with a claim — we don't prepare or assist with claims at all.
- Publish a statistic we can't cite to the VA, the CFR, or our own pipeline output.
- Pretend to be affiliated with the VA. We're not.
If you need help with a claim, use a free VA-accredited representative or VSO.
